1. Service description

Piktiv ("we", "us", or "our") provides flight reservations and hotel bookings intended for visa applications, border control documentation, and proof of onward travel. These reservations use real airline distribution systems and produce verifiable booking references (PNRs). We do not issue paid airline tickets.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our service or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of our service is lawful in your country of residence and the destination country.

4. Reservation validity

Reservations created through our service are temporary holds in the airline's reservation system. They are typically valid for 48 hours, after which they expire automatically and are removed from the airline's system. We make no guarantee of validity beyond the stated period.

5. Use of reservations

You may use the reservations we provide as supporting documents for visa applications, embassy interviews, and proof of onward travel at border crossings. You may not use reservations to attempt to board a flight without purchasing a real ticket.

6. Refund policy

We offer a full refund in the following cases:

  • The PNR cannot be verified on the airline's website at the time of delivery.
  • An embassy or border officer rejects the reservation as unverifiable. (You must provide reasonable proof.)
  • We fail to deliver the reservation within 24 hours of payment.

Refund requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Refer to our refund policy for details.

7. Limitations of liability

Our service provides documentation only. We have no control over the final decision of immigration authorities, consular officers, or airline staff. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for fraudulent purposes or in violation of any law.
  • Resell our reservations to third parties.
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment, security, or anti-fraud systems.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Piktiv or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Piktiv is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
