Refund policy

If your reservation doesn't work, we refund you in full. No fine print.

When you get a full refund

  • The PNR cannot be verified on the airline website at the time of delivery.
  • An embassy rejects your reservation as unverifiable (with proof of rejection).
  • A border officer refuses to accept the reservation as proof of onward travel (with proof).
  • An airline check-in desk refuses to accept your boarding documentation (with proof).
  • We fail to deliver your reservation within 24 hours of payment.

How to request a refund

  1. WhatsApp us at the number on our contact page, or email refunds@piktiv.com.
  2. Include your order number (PKT-XXXXXX).
  3. Provide a brief description and any proof (photo, screenshot, official notice).
  4. We respond within 4 business hours and process refunds within 24 hours of approval.

When refunds are not available

We cannot refund orders where the reservation worked as expected and was successfully verifiable, even if you decided not to use it. Once delivered, our service has been rendered.

Refund method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Promise

We don't use store credit. We don't deduct fees. We refund the full amount you paid, in full, to the original payment method.
